3.	If the installation is NOT successful, repeat step 2 above, but this time select "Save this program to disk". Remember where you save it, and when the download is complete, run the downloaded file.

Now go to the Showroom menu and select any product.

e-try will talk to you, if you download the speech software. It takes a while, but it will add a new dimension to the experience. This is optional, and you can add it at any time.

1.   Check your Internet Explorer or AOL options

Internet Explorer versions 3.x and AOL:

a.	Internet Explorer:  from the View menu, select Options.
	AOL 3: select the 'Prefs' button.
	AOL 4: Select 'My AOL', 'Preferences', 'www'.
b.	In the dialog box, select the Security tab.
c.	In the Active Content area, check:
	Allow downloading of active content Enable ActiveX controls and plug-ins Run ActiveX scripts
d.	Select OK.

Internet Explorer versions 4.x:

a.	From the View menu, select Internet Options.
b.	In the dialog box, select the Security tab.
c.	In the Zone box, select Internet Zone.
d.	Set the security level to Medium.
e.	Select OK.

 

2.  Download and install the file ''

a.
b.	A dialog box may appear, saying that you've received a "cookie".   Accept the cookie.
c.	A dialog box will appear, asking what you want to do with the file.  Select either "Open it" or "Run this program from its current location".
d.	The installation file will download to your computer. This may take several minutes.
e.	If you are running Internet Explorer version 3.x, a message box will appear, saying that the component has not been digitally signed, and asking if you want to continue. Select Yes.
f.	If you are running Internet Explorer version 4.x or AOL, a message box will appear asking if you want to install and run e-try. Select Yes.

If you selected "Save it to disk"

a.	Find the installation file '' on your disk.
b.	Execute the file '' by double-clicking it.
